Winner will have 30 days from the listing date to claim the prize. Winner will be notified by e-mail within 15 days of the drawing ONCE. So please check winning list regularly. At the end of 30 days if winner cannot be contacted and/or fails to claim the prize it will result in selecting an alternate winner or the prize may be forfeited. Winner is responsible for federal, state and local taxes. Shipping will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize will be sent COD by UPS Ground. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, late and misdirected shipment. By entering this contest you agree to participate in receiving email advertising and promotions with no further compensation unless prohibited by law. Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement.
